  • Barre is a low impact, high intensity workout that focuses on functional movement, full range of motion, and proper alignment. Whether you’re looking to enhance your mobility, build strength, or improve body awareness, barre provides a safe, effective, and sustainable way of movement

  • Barre Pilates is the blend of barre background and pilates syllabus.

    It combines the grounded, form-focused strength of Pilates with the burn and control of barre. Small intentional movements, lengthening combinations, and deep holds that fire up your legs, glutes, and core, all while staying connected to your breath and alignment. It’s low-impact, slow-burn, and designed to build sustainable, feel-good strength.

  • Beginner Barre is the same workouts and benefits as regular barre just with modifications that focus on alignment, and joint-friendly strength work . Simple barre sequences that support balance, mobility, and functional strength. Gentle, intentional, and designed to meet you exactly where you’re at.

  • CentreFloor is a barre-inspired workout done entirely in the middle of the room, without a barre. Expect balance-driven sequences, controlled strength work, and intentional movement that challenges your stability, alignment, and core strength. With more HIIT work and Cardio Burst workouts.

  • Mat & Core is a full mat based workout focusing on low-impact strength practice, slow, controlled movements and intentional breathwork, you’ll strengthen your deep core, glutes, and postural muscles while improving mobility and body awareness. Feel more connected to your body in a way that’s sustainable and empowering. It’s mindful, form-driven movement, all from the comfort of the floor.

  • Movement & Stretch blends gentle movement workouts with deep, intentional stretching. A class designed to help your body reset, recover, and move with ease.

  • Studio Movement offers 45-minute PrivateSessions tailored to your needs ; one-on-one, mom-focused sessions, small group classes, or larger private bookings. A great option for personalized support, special events, or simply moving in a space that feels more intimate and customized.
